WALKER, Roger Percy -
Entered into rest on Friday, November 8th, 2019 at the Belleville General Hospital. Roger Walker of Belleville died at the age 63. He was the son of Joyce Walker (nee Donaldson) and the late Percy Walker. Roger was the cherished husband for 43 years to Marianne (nee Kerr) and loving father of Emily Craig (Lee) of Shannonville and Brian of Belleville. Predeceased by his daughter Jennifer "Lee". He was the dearest papa of Dylan, Cameron, Jessica, Georgia, and Gregory. Roger is survived by his sisters Donna Harrison (Dave) of Roslin, Carol Rump of Trenton, Brenda Walker of Edmonton, Lorna Gordon (Ernie) of Belleville and Sue Polmanter (Bruce) of Plainfield. Predeceased by his sister Jan Brooks. He will be missed by his sister-in-law Jo-Ann Allinson, and will be fondly remembered by his many nieces and nephews.
In keeping with Roger's wishes, cremation has taken place under the care of Belleville Funeral Home & Chapel, 68 North Front Street, Belleville (613-968-5080). A Private Family Graveside Service will be held at Belleville Cemetery. A Celebration of Roger’s Life will be held at a later date.
