ADAMS, Oress Lois – Of Belleville at the age of 101, passed away peacefully at the Belleville General Hospital on Sunday, October 20th, 2019. Daughter of the late Alex and Lottie Foster (nee Samis). Oress is pre-deceased by her husband Howard Wesley Adams (1995). Dear mother to the late Earl Adams (survived by Laverne), late Baden Adams (late Luella), Lyle Adams (Diane), Donald Adams (late Norma), and Christopher Adams (Jane). She will be missed by grandchildren; Brian, Donna (Neil), Cindy (Joe), Allan (late Nancy), Cheryl, Cathy (Mark), Natalie (Dominique), Joel, Lois (Greg), late Douglas, Alexander Lou, and Zachary. She will be fondly remembered by her great-grandchildren; Phillip, Troy, Tyler (Robin), Kayla, Jayden (Jaimey), Alexder, Elodie, Maggianne, Marni and by great-great grandchild, Arden. Oress was a member of the Rebekah Lodge for many years. Friends are invited to visit at the Belleville Funeral Home & Chapel Ltd., 68 N. Front St., Belleville (613-968-5080) on Thursday, October 24th, 2019 from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. A funeral service will be held in the chapel on Friday, October 25th, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. Interment at Belleville Cemetery to follow.
