FITCHETT, Leslie George passed away peacefully at the Maplewood Long Term Care Facility, Brighton, on Friday, July 12, 2019, age 90 years. Les Fitchett of Brighton, son of the late Norman Fitchett and the late Ethel (Deviney). Loving husband of Phyllis Ann (Pearson). Dear father of Lorrie Dunk (Mark), Heather Scriver (Adam Sr.), Tracy Taylor (Kevin Jr.), all of Brighton, and Tammy Knox (Scott) of Colborne. Brother of Bruce Fitchett (Pauline Cowie) of Hiawatha. Predeceased by his brothers, Leonard and Arnold. Sadly missed by his grandchildren, Adam Scriver Jr. of Kingston, Amanda L. Scriver of Wooler, Hilary Ryckman of Belleville, Luke Dunk and his wife Melissa, Jessica Dunk, all of Brighton, Brianna, Cameron, Sierra Knox, all of Colborne, and his many nieces and nephews. A Celebration of Leslie’s Life will be held at the Vernonville United Church, Vernonville on Saturday, August 10, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. Reception to follow at the Vernonville Community Centre, 112 St. George Street, Vernonville.
