Like many others sending messages, I did not know Jessica. I moved to Belleville 3 months ago and when I heard about Jessica's disappearance I was shocked that this could happen in a small community like Belleville.
My sincere condolences go out to Jessica's mom Roxanne and her brother Andy who I'm sure will never get over their tragic loss.
I will now think of Jessica as an angel resting in the arms of God and keeping a watchful eye on those she loved and those that loved her. RIP Jessica.
