SMID, Olga Marie, It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Olga at Toronto General Hospital on Sunday, July 7th, 2019, in her 64th year. Loving daughter of the late Jiri and Eliska Smid. Ever loved and remembered by her sister-in-law Denise Hill-Smid. Olga is predeceased by her loving brother Arthur Smid, and George Smid. Cherished aunt to Alexandria "Lexy" Hill-Smid. Will be sadly missed by all her close friends and connections she had made over the years in the Batawa community and the Sacred Heart Parish. The family will receive friends at the FRANKFORD FUNERAL CHAPEL 40 North Trent St., Frankford (613-398-6400) on Thursday, July 11th, 2019 from 7-9p.m. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at Sacred Heart of Jesus Church in Batawa on Friday, July 12th, 2019 at 11:00a.m. Father Don Oberwarth officiating.
