CLOUTIER, Richard Leopold Joseph – (Retired R.C.A.F. Traffic Tech – Loadmaster – Sgt.) - It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Richard at the Belleville General Hospital on Thursday, January 3rd, 2019 at the age of 60. Son of the late Odilon and Pierrette Cloutier. Beloved husband to Linda Cloutier (nee Boies). Dear father to Melissa Cloutier (Michael Audenaert) and Matthew Cloutier. He will be lovingly missed by his granddaughters Emily and Kyla. In keeping with Richard’s wishes, cremation has taken place. Friends are invited to call at the JOHN R.
