COOKE, Autumn Patricia Chelsey – Passed away suddenly, as the result of an accident on Friday, August 23rd, 2019 in her 25th year. Daughter of Christina Cooke (Elyshia Rohlehr) of Toronto, and David Purcell of Ottawa, Step-daughter of Mellissa Rutledge (Terry Hatfield) of Ottawa. Dear mother to Averie Lock and Sullan “A.J.” Cooke. Granddaughter of Susan Cooke (Kenneth Dunley) and Terry Cooke. She will be greatly missed by her siblings, Kaileb, Destiny, Kyle, David, Langdon and Lincoln. Pre-deceased by great-grandparents George and Teresa Daly and Clifford and Laura Cooke. Autumn will be especially remembered by Courtney and Tyrrel Cooke, and Colin (Krista) Cooke. She will be always loved and missed by her many aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family members.
